Cancellation & Refunds

Once a student completes the admission registration process and makes a successful payment through our online portal, the registration is considered confirmed. No cancellations or withdrawals will be entertained, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances for confirmed registrations.

Payments made through our website are securely processed via Razorpay, our third-party payment gateway provider. In case of failed or unsuccessful transactions, Razorpay will automatically initiate a refund to the original payment method as per their internal policies an timelines. St. John's Group of Institutions is not responsible for any delay or failure in the refund process once the transaction is handed over to Razorpay. If you do not receive the refund within the expected timeframe, we recommend contacting your bank or Razorpay directly with the transaction reference number.
